Property Inspection
The Assessing Department reviews 20% of the parcels in the City to keep property records accurate, as required by the State. This process includes both online research—such as checking GIS aerial images, real estate listings, and other online sources—and in-person visits by City of Ferrysburg staff to take a photo of the front of each home.Please note that a City staff member is currently taking photographs throughout the City and will continue doing so through September 2026.
