What to Expect:
Utility Markings: You may notice colored spray paint or small flags in lawns. These are temporary markers identifying underground utilities (water, gas, sewer, and electric) to ensure safe excavation. Access to Utility Easements: Construction crews will need access to utility easements, which are typically located along the edges of private property. Temporary Disruptions: During construction, you may experience minor lane closures, noise from construction equipment, or brief service interruptions while connections are made. Any disturbed lawns or landscaping will be restored once work is complete.
Important Reminder: If you have private installations near a utility easement—such as invisible dog fences, sprinkler systems, landscape lighting, or custom landscaping—please mark them clearly before construction begins.Thank you for your patience and cooperation as these improvements are completed.
